Customer Service Operations Specialist

BMW Sanghi Classic is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused professionals to join our Client Relationship team ,front office and telling calling for jaipur ,udaipur and jodhpur office . This is much more than a customer service role—you’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury experience to every guest who visits our showroom. Key Responsibilities - Welcome and assist clients visiting the BMW showroom. - Ensure every customer receives a premium hospitality experience. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. - Manage customer databases and CRM records with accuracy. - Coordinate customer appointments, follow-ups, and feedback calls. - Support test drive scheduling and vehicle delivery coordination. - Supervise showroom readiness, customer lounge, and overall client experience. - Assist in organizing luxury events, product launches, lifestyle activities, and exclusive customer engagements. - Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to ensure seamless customer journeys. - Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining BMW’s premium standards.
