BMW Sanghi Classic is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused professionals to join our Client Relationship team ,front office and telling calling for jaipur ,udaipur and jodhpur office.

This is much more than a customer service role—you’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury experience to every guest who visits our showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients visiting the BMW showroom.
• Ensure every customer receives a premium hospitality experience.
• Build and maintain long-term relationshi ps with customers.
• Manage customer databases and CRM records with accuracy.
• Coordinate customer appointments, follow-u ps, and feedback calls.
• Support test drive scheduling and vehicle delivery coordination.
• Supervise showroom readiness, customer lounge, and overall client experience.
• Assist in organizing luxury events, product launches, lifestyle activities, and exclusive customer engagements.
• Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining BMW’s premium standards.
