Head of Key Accounts

Experience: 15–20 Years Industry: Medical Devices (Preferred: Ophthalmology / Surgical Devices)

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for (Pan India) managing and expanding strategic key accounts within the healthcare and medical device segment. The role focuses on developing long-term partnerships with major hospitals, eye care institutions, and healthcare groups, while driving revenue growth for ophthalmic medical devices and surgical solutions.

Key Requirements

● Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering / Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Business Administration.

● 15–20 years of experience in Key Account Management within the Medical Device industry.

● Strong experience handling hospital and institutional key accounts.

● Proven experience in managing revenue growth and P&L accountability for strategic accounts.

● Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic account planning skills.

● Knowledge of medical device regulations and hospital procurement processes is an advantage
