State Head - Vehicle finance

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented State Head to lead the Sales and Collections functions for Vehicle Finance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in team management, and a proven track record in driving business growth while ensuring healthy portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive vehicle finance business across the assigned state.
• Lead and manage Sales and Collections teams to achieve business targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase loan disbursements and portfolio growth.
• Monitor collection efficiency, delinquency, and portfolio quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational processes.
• Analyze business performance and prepare regular MIS reports.
• Recruit, train, and mentor regional teams.
• Strong experience in Vehicle Finance, Sales, and Collections.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
