Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in the Learning and Compensation modules. The ideal candidate should have experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions while working closely with business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end HCM processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle Fusion HCM Learning and Compensation modules.

- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Learning and Compensation based on business needs.

- Support end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support activities.

- Configure compensation plans, salary structures, eligibility profiles, budgets, worksheets, and approvals.

- Configure learning catalogs, learning assignments, courses, offerings, and learner access.

- Conduct functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support defect resolution.

- Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides.

- Work closely with technical teams for reports, integrations, and data conversions.

- Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues.

- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to recommend process improvements.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Learning.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Compensation.

- Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, enhancements, and support.

- Knowledge of HCM security, approval workflows, and business processes.

- Experience in functional testing, UAT, and documentation.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to Oracle HCM Core HR and Talent Management.

- Basic knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), and OTBI.

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
