L3 Engineer

Description

We are seeking a skilled L3 Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in providing high-level support for complex systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex systems and applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improvements.
• Document technical processes and procedures for future reference.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and support staff.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, and application support.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) and virtualization technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
