Job Title : Senior QA Automation Engineer ( 4+ Yrs of Experience )

Office Location : 202, 3rd Eye II, Opposite Parimal Garden, Panchavati Road, CG Rd, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380009

Duration & Type of Employment : Full-time On Site

Work Style : Hybrid

In-office days : 3 days a week

Relocation : Candidate must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad, GJ, with reasonable notice.

Senior QA Automation Engineer who can own the end-to-end testing strategy across web applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable designing automation frameworks, executing manual testing where required, collaborating closely with developers and product teams, and ensuring high-quality releases in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable automation frameworks from scratch to increase test coverage and reduce manual regression efforts.

- Automation testing using Cypress (preferred).

- Strong hands-on experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.

- Strong experience in Manual Testing.

- API testing using Postman or similar tools.

- Collaborate with developers during the design phase to identify potential edge cases and ensure high testability of new features.

- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to provide rapid feedback loops for the engineering team.

- Conduct thorough performance and load testing to ensure system stability under high-traffic conditions for client platforms.

- Mentor junior team members on best practices in test automation.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building automation frameworks using languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, alongside tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.

- Proven ability to design comprehensive test strategies that balance functional, non-functional, and API-level testing requirements.

- Strong proficiency in working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions to automate deployment verification.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical risks and testing progress to non-technical stakeholders.

- A proactive mindset toward problem-solving, with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, reflecting a strong foundation in software development principles and data structures.

Domain Experience :

- SaaS product experience preferred.

- Experience working on enterprise web applications.

- Retail, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Logistics domain experience is an advantage.
