International Voice Process

Description

We are seeking dedicated candidates for the position of International Voice Process to join our dynamic team in India. This role involves providing outstanding support to international clients via phone calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls for international clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling calls

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal skills
• Experience in a voice process or customer service role (1-5 years preferred)
• Basic understanding of international calling procedures and protocols
