Data Analyst - Power BI/Tableau

Urgent Hiring: Data Analyst (Banking Domain | 5-8 Years | Immediate Joiners Preferred)

We are hiring a skilled Data Analyst for an exciting opportunity with our client in the banking domain. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in campaign fulfilment and data-driven marketing analytics.

Locations: Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Gurgaon

Key Skills Required:

- Strong expertise in SQL (data extraction, joins, large datasets)

- Experience in Campaign Fulfilment / Campaign Management

- Solid knowledge of Loans & Deposits (Retail Banking domain)

- BFSI / Banking domain background (nonnegotiable)

Role Overview:

- Work on customer data analysis and segmentation for targeted banking campaigns

- Perform campaign fulfilment activities including audience selection, data extraction, and validation

- Prepare campaign-ready datasets for execution (email, SMS, digital campaigns)

- Ensure compliance checks and data quality before campaign rollout

- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (response, conversion, ROI)

- Collaborate with marketing and business teams on loan and deposit product Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer and SQL Developer.

- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.

- Extensive experience with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with other BI tools (e.g., PowerBI , Tableua) is a plus.

- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

- Certification in Power BI or SQL is an advantage.v
