Job Description

Our client (name confidential) is looking for a Manager – Marketing & Digital Initiatives to join their team in Navi Mumbai.

Location: Navi Mumbai
CTC: ₹4–8 LPA
Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and business growth.
  
• Generate qualified leads through Google Ads, IndiaMart, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, email marketing, YouTube, and social media.
  
• Manage website performance, CRM, marketing automation, customer engagement, and digital transformation initiatives.
  
• Build dashboards, analyse KPIs, and leverage AI tools for lead generation, content creation, forecasting, and process automation.
  
• Lead the marketing team and collaborate with Sales, Operations, HR, and Technical teams.
  

Requirements

• BE/BTech and/or MBA in Marketing/Digital Business.
  
• 3–6 years of experience in marketing, digital initiatives, or growth marketing.
  
• Experience in B2B industrial products, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial distribution is preferred.
  
• Team leadership experience and certifications in Digital Marketing, AI, or Analytics are an added advantage.
