Job Responsibilities

1. Hands-on manager who can effectively plan and execute application or product development projects in Agile-Scrum methodology.
2. Think out-of-the-box in optimizing delivery practices, resources, and key performance factors to ensure successful delivery.
3. Apply suitable delivery strategies to be applied to meet desired project objectives and business outcomes.
4. Directly interact and manage client resources with effective and professional communications to become their trusted partner and go-to-person for all inquiries and information.
5. Coordinate cross-project activities between client, onsite, and offshore resources.
6. Proficient in Agile-Scrum methodology using proven techniques to drive quality and throughput.
7. Day-to-day oversight on deliverables, resources' performance, and inter-dependencies to streamline execution.
8. Effectively manage schedule, scope, and quality for assigned projects using appropriate metrics.
9. Effectively apply change, risk, and resource management methods to drive excellence in delivery.
10. Drive to monitor and resolve customer issues and accomplish objectives.
11. Be self-motivated with the ambition to problem-solve, passionate to learn through the process.
12. Provide regular status reports to internal and external stakeholders on plans, progress, and timelines.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years relevant experience with at least 5+ years of experience as the IT Project Manager for application or product development projects.
• Candidates that primarily managed maintenance projects need not apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated by an ability to work well virtually with US-based customers, management, partners, and offshore teams/resources based in India.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong customer service and support focus with a desire to deliver a high-quality service
• Must have experience in estimating the development work for additional statements of work
• Strong organizational and planning skills and should be a very good team player

Network with customer stakeholders and develop excellent working relationships.

Educational Qualifications:

Engineering graduate or MCA/MBA from reputed university.

PMP/ PgMP certified and active practitioner preferred.
