Global Delivery Services (GDS) is EYs globally integrated delivery network with over 80000 professionals across 10 countries supporting Consulting Assurance Tax Strategy & Transactions and Enablement Services.

The Opportunity

EY Cybersecurity is seeking a Senior AI Data Protection Engineer to join the Cyber Analytics and Data Science team. This role focuses on designing building and operationalizing AI-driven data protection and privacy engineering capabilities across cloud hybrid and on-prem environments.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Architect AI/ML-powered classification systems for sensitive data discovery
• Build PII/PHI/PCI detection and automated sensitivity labeling pipelines
• Integrate Microsoft Purview BigID OneTrust and Immuta platforms
• Automate privacy enforcement aligned with GDPR CPRA HIPAA PCI-DSS
• Develop Python-based services APIs and event-driven workflows

Skills and Attributes for Success

• 3 years in software data engineering cybersecurity or AI/ML roles
• 4 years hands-on experience in data privacy or data protection
• Strong proficiency in Python APIs and automation
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP)
• Knowledge of global privacy regulations and governance frameworks
