Mandatory Eligibility Criteria :

- Minimum 5+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow Development expertise.

- Hands-on experience in ITOM, ITSM, Discovery, CMDB, HAM, and SAM.

- Strong knowledge of CSDM and Data Foundation.

- Experience configuring Discovery Schedules, MID Servers, Discovery Patterns, and CMDB.

- Strong experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

- Hands-on experience developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades, release management, and performance optimization.

- Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best development practices.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement scalable ServiceNow ITOM solutions.

- Configure Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, HAM, and SAM modules.

- Develop workflows, Flow Designer automations, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.

- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

- Maintain CMDB health using CSDM and Data Foundation best practices.

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.

- Participate in platform upgrades and release activities.

- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.
