Role Overview :

As an SAP IBP Consultant, you will serve as a critical bridge between complex supply chain requirements and robust technical solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams and client stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy SAP IBP modules that solve real-world planning challenges. Your daily efforts will directly influence how our clients manage their demand, inventory, and supply planning, ensuring they maintain agility and accuracy in an increasingly volatile global market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP IBP modules, including Demand, Supply, and Response & Supply, to ensure seamless alignment with client business objectives.

- Configure SAP IBP planning areas, key figures, and attributes to translate complex supply chain logic into functional system models.

- Manage data integration processes between SAP SCM, SAP APO, and SAP ERP systems to ensure data integrity and real-time visibility across the planning landscape.

- Collaborate with business process owners to identify pain points and design scalable solutions that enhance supply chain planning performance.

- Provide technical expertise during the testing and deployment phases, ensuring that all configurations meet high-quality standards and performance benchmarks.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP IBP configuration and the ability to map supply chain planning processes to SAP HANA-based environments.

- Strong technical proficiency in data integration techniques, specifically bridging SAP IBP with legacy SAP SCM or SAP APO systems.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of managing complex project requirements independently.

- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.

- A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a remote or distributed work environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and engagement across multiple locations.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, supported by 2 - 8 years of relevant professional experience in SAP supply chain modules.
