Lead Project Development (Land & Connectivity)

As Lead Project Development (Land & Connectivity) you will play a pivotal role in turning ambitious energy goals into reality. You will drive land acquisition secure grid connectivity and bring renewable projects from concept to construction-ready stage. Your work directly powers Indias clean energy future.

What Youll Do

- Lead end-to-end project development for solar wind hybrid and BESS projects across key Indian states.

- Identify evaluate and secure land parcels through greenfield development and portfolio acquisitions.

- Drive connectivity strategy by obtaining CTU/STU approvals aligned with business plans.

- Negotiate project acquisition agreements and co-development partnerships with developers and partners.

- Manage technical financial and legal due diligence with internal teams and external advisors.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities landowners and government authorities.

- Ensure full compliance with land laws regulatory frameworks and company ethics standards.

What You Bring

- Bachelors degree in Engineering Management or a related field.

- 15 years of experience in renewable energy project development in India.

- Deep expertise in land acquisition processes lease agreements and permitting.

- Proven track record in securing grid connectivity approvals (CTU/STU).

- Experience working across states such as Rajasthan Gujarat Madhya Pradesh Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.

- Strong negotiation stakeholder management and decision-making skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively and be based at project locations as required.

Location

Pune or Noida India. This is an on-site role with extensive travel to project locations across multiple states.
