Deputy Manager-Sales Excellence

Job Description

Drive sales excellence through data-driven insights market analysis and strategic planning. Bridge the gap between sales objectives and business performance optimizing processes for growth and success. Ideal for analytical minds with a passion for driving business results.

KRA -

• Analyze data to extract insights and make data-driven recommendations.
• Gather and define project requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Generate reports dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings and track key performance indicators.
• Help develop and implement sales strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Work with different teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations.
• Help create and update sales training materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

1. Strong understanding of Sales analytics business reviews market intel gathering
2. Works effectively in multi-location matrix environment
3. Experience 1-3 years

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and any CRM software.
