Role Summary

ARA's Client is seeking an experienced SAP FI S/4HANA Manager to lead enterprise-scale SAP Finance implementations and support digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will act as the technical and functional lead for SAP FI solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy robust SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.

This role requires deep expertise in SAP FI, leadership capabilities, and experience driving large implementation programs.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead end-to-end SAP FI S/4HANA implementation and support engagements.

● Design, configure, and optimize SAP Financial Accounting solutions.

● Serve as the primary technical and functional point of contact.

● Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

● Configure General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Financial Closing.

● Ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, SD, CO, Treasury, and third-party applications.

● Lead design workshops and solution discussions.

● Manage technical teams and coordinate project deliverables.

● Mentor junior SAP consultants.

● Identify improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.

● Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability.

● Support testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities.

Must-Have Qualifications

● Strong SAP FI experience with SAP S/4HANA

● Strong expertise in SAP FI configuration and customization

● Experience with GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting

● Knowledge of SAP FI integration with MM, SD, and CO

● Proven experience leading SAP implementation projects and teams

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

● SAP CO or Central Finance experience

● SAP Fiori or BTP exposure

● SAP Certification

● Agile/SAP Activate experience

● Financial services or large enterprise project experience
