Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Developer/Engineer to support and maintain our enterprise network infrastructure. The role involves providing L2/L3 network support, troubleshooting routing, switching, firewall, and WAN issues, managing critical incidents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing network services.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise networking with Juniper, Cisco, Arista, Aruba, or Extreme Networks.
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, wireless networking, WAN technologies, and network protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, STP, QoS).
- Hands-on experience with Juniper firewalls, Site-to-Site VPNs, SSL VPNs, RADIUS authentication, and network security.
- Good understanding of network monitoring, capacity planning, data center networking, and network automation.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, including network diagrams and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), while following ITIL processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 network support by monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability.
- Manage Juniper routing, switching, wireless, WAN technologies, firewalls, and VPNs (Site-to-Site & SSL VPN) while leveraging automation tools.
- Lead shift operations by handling P1/P2 incident escalations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely incident resolution.
- Analyze network performance, perform capacity planning, implement upgrades and patches, and troubleshoot complex network issues across physical and virtual environments.
- Prepare technical documentation, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and drive continuous improvement through network automation and process optimization.
