Sr. Manager/AGM - Structural Engineer

• M. Tech- Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in residential and commercial building projects.
• Experience in high-rise building construction will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Review and monitor structural drawings and ensure execution as per approved designs and specifications.
• Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, contractors, and site execution teams.
• Supervise and inspect RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, and structural activities at site.
• Verify bar bending schedules (BBS), structural quantities, and reinforcement details.
• Ensure structural works comply with quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.
• Resolve technical and structural issues arising during execution.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to execution teams.
• Review contractor method statements and technical submittals related to structural activities.
• Monitor progress of structural works and prepare technical/site reports.
• Ensure proper implementation of approved construction methodologies and engineering practices.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and planning teams for smooth project execution.
• Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives wherever applicable.
