A fast-growing BPM organization is launching a new Global Capability Center (GCC) practice and is looking for a dynamic leader to build and scale this business from the ground up.

💼 Role Level : Business Head – GCC

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the full P&L of the GCC business (revenue + profitability).
• Bring international clients who want to set up their back-office, tech, or shared services in India.
• Set up new delivery centers — choosing location, hiring people, ensuring infrastructure, compliance, and smooth transition.
• Work with multiple partners like real estate, HR, legal, and technology players to make the setup happen.
• Drive the entire project end-to-end — from pitching to clients → onboarding → execution → operations.
