We are seeking an experienced Order Manager with strong ERPNext expertise to oversee order processing, inventory coordination, and logistics across our e-commerce operations. The role requires precision, process ownership, and the ability to manage multi-warehouse operations (India & US) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete order lifecycle from order entry to final delivery.
- Utilize ERPNext to process, track, and manage orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams in India and the US to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Monitor stock levels, identify potential shortages, and escalate to procurement to avoid stock-outs.
- Track delivery status with courier partners (e.g., FedEx, DHL) and resolve any customs, delays, or damage claims.
- Maintain detailed reporting on order accuracy, fulfillment timelines, and delivery performance using ERPNext, Google Sheets, and Excel.
- Optimize processes for order flow, reduce errors, and improve turnaround times.
- Support catalog and product listing updates to ensure accurate order capture.
Requirements
Proven experience in order management within e-commerce operations.Hands-on expertise with ERPNext (mandatory).Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.Knowledge of courier and international shipping processes (FedEx, DHL, etc.).Experience managing inventory across multiple warehouses.Strong communication skills (written and verbal English).Independent working setup with a reliable PC and internet connection.Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and high order volumes.Preferred
