Associate Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source IT candidates through job portals social media and internal databases
• Screen and shortlist candidates through calls and initial discussions
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Assist in offer negotiation and closure
• Handle document collection and verification
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
• Experience in IT Staff Augmentation will be an added advantage

Required Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Naukri Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• MBA in HR & Computer/IT background (Preferred)
