Key Development & Onboarding:
- Identify, engage, and onboard banks, insurance companies, NBFCs, fintechs, and payment organizations as DigiLocker partners.
- Drive DigiLocker API integrations for digital KYC, account opening, lending, insurance, and claims processing.
- Expand DigiLocker adoption across new BFSI products, customer journeys, and digital channels.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful partner integrations.
Regulatory & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with regulators and ecosystem partners including RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, NPCI, stock exchanges, and depositories.
- Support policy consultations, compliance initiatives, and pilot programs involving DigiLocker.
- Organize workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to promote DigiLocker adoption.
Regional Growth Strategy:
- Develop and execute DigiLocker growth strategies.
- Identify and manage strategic BFSI accounts to increase adoption and transaction volumes.
- Coordinate with SeMT and government departments for state-level DigiLocker initiatives.
Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting:
- Gather business requirements and prepare customized solution proposals.
- Develop presentations, concept notes, and integration documents.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define API workflows and integration architecture.
Program Management & Reporting:
- Track partner onboarding, integration progress, and adoption metrics.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Coordinate with DigiLocker headquarters and regional stakeholders to resolve issues and drive ecosystem growth.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Consulting, Government Advisory, or Stakeholder Management.
- Strong experience within the BFSI sector (Banking, Insurance, NBFC, FinTech, Payments, or Capital Markets).
- Hands-on experience in Digital KYC, Customer Onboarding, Loan Origination, Insurance Policy Issuance, Claims Processing, Regulatory Reporting, and Compliance & Risk.
- Experience engaging with regulators such as RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, NPCI, and PFRDA.
- Understanding of APIs, SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and Digital Public Infrastructure.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- MBA or Postgraduate degree in Management/Finance preferred.
- CA (ICAI) or CS (ICSI) qualification is highly desirable.
