Key Responsibilities

• Plan deliver and assess engaging English language lessons for secondaryschool students.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Integrate crosscurricular concepts and educational technology to enhance student learning.
• Develop and continuously update curriculum materials lesson plans and instructional resources.
• Provide timely constructive feedback and conduct regular student assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance grades and other administrative documentation.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
• Participate in professional development programs and staff meetings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.
• Support school-wide initiatives aimed at improving teaching techniques and student outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

• Masters degree in Education (any specialization).
• Proficiency in English language instruction lesson planning and curriculum development.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design student assessment methods and feedback provision.
• Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills for effective parent interaction and teamwork.

Desired Experience

• Minimum experience: 2 years
• Maximum experience: 2 years
• Demonstrated ability in classroom management crosscurricular integration and record keeping.
• Active participation in professional development activities is preferred.
