Marketing Executive (Website & SEO Expert)

Role Overview

We're looking for a Marketing Executive who can own our WordPress development and SEO work end to end. You'll be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing our websites, and driving organic growth through solid on-page and technical SEO practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and landing pages
• Manage themes, plugins, page builders (Elementor/WPBakery or similar), and site performance
• Handle on-page SEO: meta tags, headers, internal linking, schema markup, keyword mapping
• Run technical SEO audits and fix issues around site speed, crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals
• Track rankings, traffic, and search performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs)
• Coordinate with content and design teams to align SEO strategy with new pages, blogs, and campaigns
• Implement redirects, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and structured data
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and adjust strategy accordingly
• Support basic HTML/CSS/PHP customizations as needed
  
  

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience with WordPress development
• Strong working knowledge of SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
• Understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and keyword research
• Basic HTML, CSS, and PHP knowledge
• Familiarity with page builders like Elementor
• Experience with site speed optimization and Core Web Vitals
