Azure & PostgreSQL Support Engineer

Job Title : Azure & PostgreSQL Support Engineer (6 - 8 Years)

Location : Mumbai / Chennai / Pune

Shift : Rotational (24x7)

Role Summary :

- Manage and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure and PostgreSQL databases.

- Perform database administration, monitoring, performance tuning, backup, and recovery.

- Handle incidents, troubleshooting, RCA, and production support following ITIL practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployments and issue resolution.

- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python (preferred).

Required Skills :

- Microsoft Azure Administration

- PostgreSQL Database Administration

- ITIL & Service Management

- Incident & Problem Management

- SQL Performance Tuning

Preferred :

- Azure Certifications (AZ-900/AZ-104)

- PostgreSQL Replication
