Job Description

Requirements

There will be on call support expected during off business hours.
Time - 11.00 am to 8.00 pm, Need candidate to start on the project by 26th Jul 2026

Responsibilities:
•Partner with the product team for the first 4–6 months to gain deep product knowledge by actively contributing to backend code
development and feature enhancements.
•Provide advanced operational support for E Mobility Central Application, microservices and integrations across multi-cloud
environments (AWS EKS, Kafka, Redis, RDS).
•Manage end-to-end ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management, ensuring SLA compliance and
operational excellence.
• Perform vulnerability mitigation and security patching across application components to maintain compliance and resilience.
Implement new user stories/features, code-level fixes enhancements for defects, performance issues, optimization and
reliability improvements.
•Collaborate closely with Product team, AWS SREs for continuous improvement around technology, tools and integrations.
• Monitoring & Reliability: Set up/revise observability (metrics, logging, tracing) and ensure platform reliability and performance.

Tech skills:
Must Have :
• Strong experience in serverless, aws, lambda, kinesis, dynamodb, graphql, kafka
• GoLang
• Familiarity with at least one of the following technologies, GraphQL, Kafka, Kubernetes
• Experience building and deploying docker images
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases
• Have worked with at least one of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCS)

Good to have:
• Additionally, any experience with the following would be a plus, TypeScript, Python, ReactJS or Java, Terraform
• NodeJS
