Senior Java Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the full technology stack, including Java backend development, React frontend, REST APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, and modern DevOps practices.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to build secure, high-performance applications while following Agile methodologies and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and ReactJS.

- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring Data JPA.

- Develop responsive, reusable, and accessible user interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Integrate applications with messaging systems such as Apache Kafka and cloud services on Microsoft Azure.

- Work with MS SQL Server for database design, optimization, and performance tuning.

- Implement and maintain microservices architecture and API gateway integration.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA Engineers, and Scrum teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps and automation initiatives.

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Application Development.

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and RESTful APIs.

- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern front-end development.

- Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience working with Microservices Architecture.

- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.

- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.

- Good understanding of MS SQL Server and relational database concepts.

- Familiarity with Kubernetes, MuleSoft, and API integration is an added advantage.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in the Financial Services/Banking domain.

- Strong preference for candidates with ReactJS experience over other front-end frameworks.

- Exposure to cloud-native application development and containerized deployments.
