Senior.Net Core Developer with FHIR

We are seeking a highly motivated FHIR Engineer to join our Healthcare Interoperability team. The candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing FHIR-based interoperability solutions supporting Coverage Requirements Discovery (CRD), Prior Authorization Support (PAS), and integration between enterprise care management applications, EHR systems, and FHIR platforms. - Deliver high-quality FHIR services and integrations. - Support successful implementation of CRD and PAS workflows. - Ensure interoperability compliance and scalability. - Collaborate effectively across architecture, product, QA, and development teams. - Contribute to reusable and maintainable interoperability solutions. Requirements - Deliver high-quality FHIR services and integrations. - Support successful implementation of CRD and PAS workflows. - Ensure interoperability compliance and scalability. - Collaborate effectively across architecture, product, QA, and development teams. - Contribute to reusable and maintainable interoperability solutions. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in software development using .NET technologies. - Strong proficiency in: - C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API - Entity Framework / ORM tools - RESTful services and microservices architecture - Good understanding of: - Design patterns (SOLID principles) - Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) - Software development lifecycle (SDLC) - Experience with SQL Server or other databases. - Familiarity with AWS is preferred. - Experience working on FHIR Project is mandatory - Experience with version control systems (Git). Preferred Skills - Exposure to microservices architecture & containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). - Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). - Understanding of security best practices (authentication, authorization, OAuth, JWT). - Experience with performance tuning and monitoring tools.
