Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Regional HR Manager with 8–12 years of progressive HR experience,

including 4–5 years in a regional HR role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in bulk

hiring and sales recruitment, alongside managing HR operations across multiple locations.

Experience & competencies required:

8-12 years of HR experience with at least 4-5 years in a Regional HR role.

Proven experience in bulk hiring and sales recruitment.

Experience managing HR operations across multiple locations.

Exposure to FMCG, Consumer Durables, Telecom, Banking, Financial Services, Retail, E-

commerce, or similar industries preferred.

Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.

Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.

Strong HR operations and employee lifecycle management experience.

Data-driven decision-making and HR analytics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
