Role Overview:

As a Solidity & Web3 Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of decentralized applications, from architectural design to mainnet deployment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of product managers and security auditors to translate complex business logic into secure, gas-efficient smart contracts. Your work will directly influence the reliability and performance of our core protocols, ensuring seamless interaction between on-chain assets and front-end interfaces for our growing user base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and deploy secure, audited smart contracts on the Ethereum network to facilitate decentralized transactions and protocol governance.

- Integrate on-chain data with front-end applications using Web3.js to provide a fluid and responsive user experience.

- Conduct comprehensive unit and integration testing to identify vulnerabilities and optimize gas consumption in high-traffic contract environments.

- Collaborate with security researchers to perform code reviews and implement best practices for protocol upgrades and maintenance.

- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to internal architectural standards to ensure long-term scalability of the codebase.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and deploying complex smart contracts using Solidity, with a deep understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine.

- Proven ability to build and maintain decentralized applications by integrating JavaScript and Web3.js libraries into modern web frameworks.

- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot on-chain transaction failures and optimize contract performance under varying network conditions.

- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively within a fast-paced, remote-first engineering team.

- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing blockchain standards and security protocols, maintaining a high degree of rigor in code quality and documentation.

- Candidates must possess 2 - 6 years of professional experience in blockchain development and software engineering.
