• Process Modeling & Optimization
  
• Develop and maintain business process models using BPMN 2.0 standards.
  
• Identify inefficiencies and design optimized workflows to improve operational performance.
  
• Collaborate with business units to align processes with organizational goals.
  
• Process Intelligence & Mining
  
• Utilize SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to analyze process data and uncover insights.
  
• Conduct process mining to identify bottlenecks, compliance issues, and improvement opportunities.
  
• Implement governance frameworks to ensure process consistency and compliance.
  
• Platform Configuration & Integration
  
• Configure and manage SAP Signavio Process Manager and Collaboration Hub.
  
• Integrate Signavio solutions with SAP and other enterprise systems for seamless data flow.
  
• Ensure scalability and reliability of process management solutions across the enterprise.
  
• Analytics & Reporting
  
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor process performance and KPIs.
  
• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders based on analytics findings.
  
• Continuously refine reporting mechanisms to support decision-making.
  
• Training & Stakeholder Engagement
  
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  
• Engage stakeholders to drive adoption of process management tools and practices.
