Job Title: Relationship Manager – Business Loan Against Property (B-LAP)

Role Overview

We are hiring Relationship Managers for the Business Loan Against Property (B-LAP) segment. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, responsible for generating business through DSA, channel partners, and open market sourcing while ensuring quality customer acquisition and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Source Business Loan Against Property (B-LAP) business through DSAs, connectors, and open market channels.
• Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners to generate consistent business.
• Achieve assigned sourcing, disbursement, and revenue targets.
• Ensure complete documentation and adherence to credit and compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for seamless loan processing.
• Maintain healthy customer relationships and ensure superior customer experience.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration in the assigned territory.
• Ensure quality sourcing and maintain a healthy loan portfolio.

Eligibility Criteria

• 2–6 years of experience in Business LAP / Loan Against Property / Mortgage Sales.
• Experience in DSA and channel-led sourcing is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the local market in the preferred location.
• Proven track record of achieving individual sales and disbursement targets.
• Good communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
