AI Creative Designer (Video and Motion Graphics) Location: Bangalore, Work From Office Salary: 25,000 to 35,000 rupees per month, based on experience Employment Type: Full-Time About CityLaila CityLaila is a fast-growing international travel company headquartered in Dubai with operations across multiple countries. We specialize in holiday packages, attractions, luxury experiences, visas, hotels, flights, cruises, and destination marketing. As we scale our digital marketing efforts, we are looking for an AI-first Creative Designer who can produce engaging video content and high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Google. This is not a traditional graphic design role. If your expertise is limited to Photoshop banners or static social media posts, this role is not the right fit. About the Role We are looking for a highly creative designer who understands that video is the future of digital marketing. Your primary responsibility will be creating short-form videos, motion graphics, AI-generated visuals, and high-converting advertisement creatives that increase engagement and drive sales. You should be comfortable using modern AI tools to significantly improve both creativity and productivity. Key Responsibilities - Video Creation, which is the primary focus at around seventy percent, includes creating engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook video ads, YouTube Shorts, TikTok videos, motion graphics, promotional videos, travel destination videos, product launch videos, testimonial videos, and corporate videos. - AI Content Creation involves using AI tools to create marketing images, travel destination visuals, AI-generated backgrounds, product mockups, promotional videos, talking avatar videos, image enhancements, video upscaling, and creative concepts. - Graphic Design covers designing Facebook Ads, Instagram Creatives, Carousel Posts, Stories, Thumbnails, Website Banners, Email Creatives, Landing Page Graphics, Brochures, and Digital Marketing Assets. - Marketing Support means working closely with the Performance Marketing Team, Content Writers, Social Media Team, and Sales Team to produce creatives that improve CTR, conversions, and overall campaign performance. Required Skills - Must Have: minimum two to four years of experience, strong video editing skills, motion graphics experience, AI-assisted content creation, excellent visual storytelling, strong understanding of social media content, fast turnaround time, creative thinking, and ability to work independently. - AI Tools Experience is mandatory. Candidates should have hands-on experience with some of the following: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Pika, Leonardo AI, Flux, Canva AI, CapCut AI, HeyGen, and ElevenLabs. Experience with additional AI creative tools is a plus. - Software Skills require strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, and Canva. Knowledge of Blender, DaVinci Resolve, or Cinema 4D is an added advantage.
