Job Description: Statutory Audit (Manager / Associate Director)

Location: Delhi / Mumbai Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days WFO / 2 Days WFH)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Statutory Audit professional to join our team as either a Manager or Associate Director, depending on experience and expertise. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Indian statutory audit practices, demonstrating technical excellence, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage statutory audit engagements for diverse clients in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Companies Act provisions.
• Oversee audit planning, fieldwork, and completion processes, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality documentation.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to audit team members.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for audit-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, firm policies, and regulatory requirements specific to the Indian market.

Requirements

• Qualification: Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Experience:
• Significant experience in Statutory Audit is mandatory.
• Candidates must possess relevant articleship experience in Statutory Audit.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Indian Audit Practice are essential (Global practice experience will not be considered).
• Current Designation: Applicants must be currently serving at a Manager level.
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of financial reporting frameworks, and proven project management skills.
