Job Description:

Lead end-to-end SAP Concur implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and support projects.

Design scalable SAP Concur solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.

Configure and implement SAP Concur modules, including:

Concur Expense

Concur Travel

Concur Request

Concur Invoice

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

Drive global rollout programs, including localization, country-specific compliance, and multi-currency configurations.

Integrate SAP Concur with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, HR systems, payroll systems, ERP platforms, and third-party travel providers.

Configure approval workflows, expense policies, audit rules, receipt processing, and travel policies.

Lead client workshops, solution demonstrations, and design discussions.

Provide technical guidance on Concur APIs, web services, middleware, and integration frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT.

Perform system testing, UAT support, production deployment, and hypercare activities.

Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with corporate policies.

Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership.

Prepare solution documentation, architecture diagrams, configuration documents, and user guides.

Coordinate with SAP Concur support for issue resolution and product enhancements.

Stay updated on SAP Concur product releases and recommend adoption of new features.

Required Skills

14+ years of overall IT experience.

8+ years of hands-on SAP Concur implementation and support experience.

Strong expertise in:

SAP Concur Expense

SAP Concur Travel

SAP Concur Request

SAP Concur Invoice

Experience with global Concur deployments.

Strong knowledge of expense management, travel management, and invoice processing.

Expertise in approval workflows, audit rules, expense policies, and travel policies.

Experience integrating SAP Concur with:

SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Active Directory/SSO

HR and Payroll systems, Banking and credit card providers

Hands-on experience with:

SAP Concur APIs

REST/SOAP services

Middleware (SAP CPI, SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar)

Strong SQL and data migration experience.

Experience with reporting and analytics within SAP Concur.

Strong understanding of finance and procurement business processes.

Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Proven leadership in managing onsite/offshore teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.

Knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite.

Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP Business Technology Platform.

Experience with OCR, receipt imaging, and intelligent expense automation.

Exposure to AI-driven expense auditing and travel compliance solutions.

PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are an advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Master's degree is preferred.

SAP Concur certifications are highly desirable.
