Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sr. HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, compliance, and HR processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-growing technology company and contributing to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and corporate roles.
  
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social platforms.
  
• Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers.
  
• Handle offer management, onboarding, and induction.
  
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  
• Manage attendance, leave records, and HRMS.
  
• Support payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
  
• Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
  
• Draft HR policies, letters, and employment documentation.
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  
• Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
  

Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition experience.
  
• Experience hiring for Engineering, IT, Semiconductor, or Product Engineering roles is preferred.
  
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
  
• Knowledge of onboarding, HR operations, employee lifecycle, and compliance.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools (Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, or similar) is an advantage.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Experience in a technology, engineering services, or semiconductor company is highly preferred.
