Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to teachers, staff, and students, aligning with the school’s mission and values.
• Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure high-quality, standards‑based instruction.
• Monitor student progress, implement interventions, and promote holistic development.
• Manage faculty recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and performance appraisal.
• Maintain a safe, disciplined, and supportive school climate; handle disciplinary matters according to policy.
• Develop and manage the annual budget for the junior school, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate with senior school leadership, parents, and community stakeholders to enhance school programs.
• Organize extracurricular activities, events, and parent‑teacher meetings.
• Prepare regular reports on academic outcomes, attendance, and other key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.

Essential Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, School Administration, or a related field (e.g., B.Ed. with M.Ed. preferred).
• Valid teaching certification and eligibility for school leadership positions as per Indian educational regulations.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) and state board requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).

Desired Experience

• Minimum Five years of teaching experience, with at least Two years in a leadership or managerial role (e.g., Vice‑Principal, Head of Department).
• Demonstrated track record of improving student achievement and teacher performance.
• Experience in budget preparation, resource allocation, and school administration.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and school management software.
