About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, large language models (LLMs), MLOps, and cloud platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent applications that solve complex business problems and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning and AI solutions in production environments.

- Build, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI models.

- Develop AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and prompt engineering techniques.

- Create scalable data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and inference.

- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.

- Implement MLOps best practices, including CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, versioning, and automated retraining.

- Optimize model performance, scalability, latency, and cost.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches.

- Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and governance standards.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership and architecture discussions.

Required Skills :

Technical Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science.

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

- Experience with Generative AI technologies, including LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude, Mistral, etc.).

- Strong understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.

- Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar.

- Knowledge of AI Agent frameworks and autonomous workflows.

- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML, or Databricks.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with multimodal AI solutions.

- Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems.

- Experience with model optimization, quantization, and inference acceleration.

- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, FAISS, or Chroma.

- Experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Spark or Ray.

- Exposure to Responsible AI, model governance, and AI security.

- Experience building enterprise-scale AI applications.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Relevant AI/ML or cloud certifications are an added advantage.
