Overview
The People & Workforce Analytics Analyst partners with Organizational Design, HR, Finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven insights that support organizational design activities. This role is responsible for maintaining and analyzing HRIS and workforce datasets, developing org structure models, creating dashboards and visualizations, and identifying actionable insights related to organizational effectiveness, workforce health, talent, and business performance. The analyst serves as a key contributor to enterprise organizational design, M&A integration, workforce planning, and people analytics efforts by delivering high-quality data, reporting, modeling, and analytical support. How you'll make an impact Responsibilities: Workforce Analytics & Reporting: Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to headcount, attrition, spans of control, workforce composition, organizational effectiveness, and talent movement. Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using HRIS, OrgVue, Power BI, and other analytics platforms. Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting for Organizational Design, HR leadership, and business stakeholders. Translate complex workforce data into clear, actionable insights and executive-ready presentations. Organizational Analytics for M&A and Restructuring: Configure, maintain, and support OrgVue workforce models and organizational design datasets. Conduct organization design analyses, including spans and layers reviews, organizational health assessments, reporting structures, and workforce planning scenarios. Support workforce modeling and organizational analytics for mergers, acquisitions, restructures, and enterprise transformation initiatives. Develop analyses related to synergy capture, workforce impacts, organizational effectiveness, and talent integration. Partner with Organizational Design and HR teams to assess workforce scenarios and implementation risks Monitor and track organizational changes and workforce impacts over time. HRIS Data Management: Perform HRIS data extraction, validation, cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation activities. Maintain workforce data integrity across HRIS, OrgVue, compensation, and reporting systems. Partner with HR Leaders, HR Analytics, Finance, and IT teams to ensure data quality and consistency. Support implementation of data governance standards and reporting methodologies. About you Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in Workforce Analytics, People Analytics, HRIS, Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Design Analytics, or related analytical roles. Experience working with HRIS data and employee master data. Strong proficiency in Excel and workforce reporting. Experience creating dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills. Ability to work independently in a global, matrixed environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: Master's degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. Experience using OrgVue, OrgBuilder, or other organizational modeling platforms. Experience supporting organizational design, workforce planning, or organizational effectiveness initiatives. Experience conducting psychometric, talent assessment, employee engagement, or organizational health analyses. Experience supporting M&A integration, restructuring, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
