Job Title : AI/LLM Engineer

Department : Technology / AI Team

Role Overview :

As an AI/LLM Engineer, you will work on designing, developing, and deploying applications powered by Large Language Models. You will build intelligent systems that process financial data, generate insights, and automate workflows using state-of-the-art NLP and LLM technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement LLM-based applications for financial use cases such as research summarization, sentiment analysis, and chatbot systems.

- Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained language models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, etc.) for domain-specific tasks.

- Build and manage prompt engineering pipelines to improve model performance and output quality.

- Work with structured and unstructured data (financial reports, news, transcripts, etc.).

- Integrate LLMs with internal systems, APIs, and trading platforms.

- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases.

- Ensure scalability, performance, and low-latency deployment of AI solutions.

- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to identify AI-driven opportunities.

- Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance, accuracy, and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 3+ years in AI/ML/NLP/LLM-based development.

- Education : B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python.

- Experience with NLP and LLM frameworks (Transformers, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs).

- Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and embeddings.

- Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).

- Familiarity with RAG architectures.

- Understanding of REST APIs and system integration.

- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Familiarity with Node.js and redis.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience in fintech or financial domain.

- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex.

- Exposure to real-time data processing.

- Understanding of model deployment & MLOps.

- Familiarity with data privacy and AI governance.

- Google ADK.

- LibreChat.

- LangGraph.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills (technical + non-technical).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Collaborative mindset.
