Application Support and Monitoring Engineer

Position Description:

Were looking for a Application Support and Monitoring Engineer (Dynatrace & ServiceNow Specialist) who doesnt just monitor issuesbut drives them to resolution with speed and accuracy.

The Vibe:
Be the Eyes & Ears of productionspot issues before they escalate.
Operate in a high performance ODC environment supporting critical applications.
Work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

The Setup:
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 02 Years
247 rotational shifts 5 days/week in ODC environment (no hybrid) Role Focus: L1 / L2 Production Support

Your Role:
. Monitor applications and infrastructure using Dynatrace dashboards
. Own incident lifecycle via ServiceNowlogging tracking and resolution
. Perform incident triage troubleshooting and root cause analysis
. Manage P1/P2 incidents including bridge call coordination
. Support post deployment validation and application health checks
. Collaborate with cross functional teams for faster issue resolution
. Act as L1/L2 escalation point for high severity incidents
. Drive corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues
. Document runbooks procedures and contribute to continuous improvement

Your Stack:
. Dynatrace (APM monitoring log analysis observability)
. ServiceNow (Incident & Ticket Management)
. Monitoring dashboards alerting KPI/SLI/SLO tracking
. Basic understanding of production support tools and environments
