We're hiring a Hotel Manager for our upcoming boutique wellness property in Mulshi — an hour from Pune, tucked into the Sahyadri hills, overlooking the lake. Small inventory, strong sense of place, real local food, unhurried service.

Who we're looking for
- 8–10 years in hotel operations, with time spent leading or supporting the P&L of a full property
- Meaningful experience at a wellness-led property — spa, retreat, Ayurveda, or holistic wellness. This isn't optional;
the property is being built around it
- Someone who understands that a wellness hotel runs on rhythm, not just service standards
- Pre-opening experience is a plus, not a must
