Technical Solution Leader - Medical Devices, AI & Digital Engineering

Role Summary

The Senior Manager / Technical Solution Leader - Medical Devices, AI & Hands-on Digital Engineering will support and lead client-facing solutioning, technical architecture, presales contributions, and AI-led engineering transformation initiatives for Medical Devices and Life Sciences clients.

The role is designed for a hands-on technology leader who can contribute directly to architecture, estimation, proof-of-concepts, technical deep-dives, reusable accelerators, and proposal content while also coordinating with account, delivery, domain, quality, and AI teams.

The individual will bring practical engineering experience across enterprise applications, database-driven platforms, laboratory systems, web technologies, customer management, project management, and delivery governance to shape differentiated and delivery-ready solutions for regulated medical-device environments.

Preferred Experience

• Medical Devices, Life Sciences, LIMS / STARLIMS, laboratory systems, healthcare technology, digital engineering or regulated enterprise platform exposure.
• Experience contributing to solutioning, presales, customer workshops, proposal development, technical estimations or delivery readiness activities.
• Hands-on experience with .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, enterprise application delivery, integration, supportability and application modernization.
• Exposure to AI / GenAI, automation, analytics, AI-assisted engineering productivity, quality engineering, test automation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to convert technical capabilities and delivery experience into clear client-ready value propositions and solution narratives.
• Experience collaborating with account, solution, delivery, quality, regulatory, data, cloud and AI specialist teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 12-18+ years of experience in engineering services, enterprise application delivery, product engineering, medical devices, Life Sciences platforms, LIMS, or related solutioning / delivery roles.
• Proven ability to support complex stakeholder discussions and contribute to technical solution design, proposal quality and delivery readiness.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-ready presentations, technical proposals, solution documentation and workshops.
• Working knowledge of quality-oriented engineering practices, regulated delivery expectations and customer-facing governance.
