Job Title: Team Lead – SD-WAN & Network Support (L3)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead (L3) with strong expertise in SD-WAN and Network Support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on troubleshooting experience, lead technical teams, and support international customers while ensuring high service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the L3 network support team and handle critical technical issues.
• Troubleshoot complex SD-WAN and network-related incidents.
• Work on Fortinet and Cisco networking solutions.
• Support international customers and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
• Handle high-pressure situations and drive issues to closure.
• Understand how network products and systems work and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for service delivery and escalations.
  
  

Required Skills

• 8 –12 years of experience in Network Support.
• Strong experience as an L3 Engineer or Team Lead.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN.
• Basic to good knowledge of Firewalls.
• Good product knowledge of Fortinet and Cisco.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience supporting international customers.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• This is not a network monitoring role.
• We are looking for candidates who can troubleshoot, resolve complex issues, and lead the technical team, not candidates whose primary experience is only monitoring network links or NOC operations.
