Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Consultant

Role : Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Technical Consultant

Experience : Minimum 7 years (FUSION OR CLOUD experience mandatory)

Location : Remote

Availability : Immediate Joiners Required

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.

- Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and design solutions.

- Configure and deploy ERP modules ensuring smooth adoption.

- Provide technical expertise in integrations, data migration, and fast formulas.

Required Skills :

- Candidate should have hands-on experience in migrating high volume data uploads to ERP Cloud services (both Legacy Data Migration and regular import of Data).

- Demonstrated mastery in Oracle Fusion HCM technical components, including advanced proficiency in BIP, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.

- Proven ability to translate complex business logic into efficient Fast Formulas and scalable integration solutions.

- Strong analytical mindset with the capability to manage large-scale data migration lifecycles, ensuring data mapping accuracy and validation.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead client-facing discussions.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the adaptability to thrive in a hybrid work environment based in Hyderabad.

- A solid educational foundation in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 7 to 12 years of hands-on experience in the Oracle Fusion domain.
