CTC :

• Mid-Level : Up to ₹20 LPA
• Senior-Level : Up to ₹35 LPA

We’re looking for passionate L&D professionals from the luxury or premium retail industry to lead learning strategies, design impactful training programs, and enhance organizational capability.

Requirements :

1- 5–12 years of experience in Learning & Development within luxury / premium brands

2- Strong expertise in training design, delivery & LMS management

3- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
