Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Zonal Sales Manager (South Region) to drive business growth and channel development across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general trade, trade marketing, sales development, and channel management, along with hands-on experience in managing distributor networks and teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and drive sales strategy for Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana territories.
- Manage distributor networks, ensure secondary sales growth, and optimize ROI.
- Drive trade marketing initiatives, channel development programs, and GT sales execution.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Track competition, market trends, and consumer insights to identify opportunities.
- Ensure effective team management, capability building, and achievement of KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, supply chain) to deliver business goals.
Candidate Profile :
Education : MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes (pass-outs between 2014-2018 only).
Experience : Minimum 8-12 years in FMCG / Consumer Business.
