Senior Technical Recruiter (3–5 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (Such as Python, Java, Fullstack, DevOps, QA, etc.)
Collaborate with Business managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies
Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, other job boards, referrals, and social platforms
Conduct initial screenings, assess technical fit, and coordinate interview processes
Maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche skills
Track metrics and ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements :
3–5 years of technical recruitment experience (preferably in IT services or product companies)
Strong knowledge of technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, React, DevOps, Cloud, etc.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.)
