JOB DESCRIPTION :

Golang / HTMX - 8+ years of professional experience in software development

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using GoLang and Java Springboot and modern front-end frameworks (e.g. HTML5, React)

Support and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and UX to deliver high-quality software solutions

Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers

Optimize application performance, scalability, and security

Stay current with emerging technologies and propose adoption wherever beneficial

Usage of AI Tools like M365, Github Coplit, P R Code Review and other latest AI tool set

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS / GCP acceptable)

Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs

Proven excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
